* Please note that for all registrations of births and deaths (and marriages) you must make an appointment with the Registrar. The Registry Office is at Tidmarsh Lane and is open Monday–Friday – 4.30 p.m. and on Saturday by pre-arranged appointment only. The Registrar also attends the John Radcliffe Hospital for the registration of births.
